Knifty Knitter looms and special loom hook tool
As far back as the 1700s there is mention of knitting on a round loom. At that time they were called "Knitting Jennie". Back then, women carded and spun the wool and men were the main knitters. One of the current sets are called Knifty Knitter™, some are called a knit-wit. The looms are a fun-filled way to knit, ages 9 to 99, men, women and children enjoy this revived craft.
These caps may be made on a smaller loom for a child-sized cap. See the doll-model sample for an example. The rest of the sample hats shown were not made on the smaller loom.
